Had plenty of rest last night and woke up early courtesy of my Gigantor partner rummaging around the room. I call my partner gigantor because at 6 foot he towers over me and for the first time in a long time, make me feel small.
Anyway, So far breakfast was...
2 egg omelette(1 g carb)
1/2 avocado (7g carbs)
1 mushroom - sliced and pan fried (0.3 g carb)
1/2 small can of canned sardine (1.8 g carb carbs)
Carbs - 10.1 g carbs
Note to self - I should probably not eat avocado while on induction.. grrr !!!

I cleaned the room and did 2 weeks worth of laundry. Phew !! Lunch time !
9 Pieces of Spicy Chili Lime Glazed Chicken - 0 g Carb for the chicken. Probably around 1 g Carb for the sauce so total of 1 g carb. :-D
Cream Cheese dessert - 2g carbs.
Carbs - 3 g carbs.

200g Spicy Curried Chicken - Approx. 2 g carbs
1/2 cup Cheesy Cauliflower - 6 grams carbs
1 egg - .5g Carb
1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Vege - around 7g carbs *sigh*
Carbs - 15.5g Carbs
I also cheated and had 2 glasses of LP soda drink :( Damnit... Oh well... tomorrow is another day.
Total Carbs excluding my soda is :- 28.6g carbs
